*The "MOST PER GALLON" rebate applies only to new, not previously retailed, 2008 or 2009 Winnebago View® (2010 excluded) motor homes purchased from a participating Winnebago® dealer during the program period of July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. This offer is not valid on units purchased prior to the program period or after December 31, 2009. Consumer may elect to use their "MOST PER GALLON" rebate towards their down payment by indicating with a checkmark in the 'Please apply my “MOST PER GALLON“ rebate to my down payment' box on this form. If this option is selected, a rebate check will be sent to the selling dealer. Or, the consumer may choose to have the "MOST PER GALLON” rebate sent to them in the form of a rebate check from Winnebago Industries by selecting the 'Please send my "MOST PER GALLON" rebate to me' box on this form. In either case, payment will be processed upon receipt of all required documentation. Required documentation includes a fully completed "MOST PER GALLON" rebate Authorization Form, a copy of the signed and dated Purchase Agreement, and a completed Warranty Registration Card. Retail customer signature is required on all forms. A fully completed "MOST PER GALLON" rebate Authorization Form with a copy of the signed and dated Purchase Agreement must be sent to Winnebago Industries, Attention: Sales Department and postmarked by January 31, 2010.
