Mr. Speich has served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations since March 2025. Speich has over 20 years of global leadership experience. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Speich served as the Global Director of Manufacturing for John Deere’s Intelligent Solutions Group where oversaw operations in India, Mexico and the U.S. During Speich’s tenure at Deere, he also held leadership roles in global supply management.
